MANILA, Philippines — Three people were confirmed dead after a multiple vehicle collision on Katipunan Flyover in Quezon City on Thursday evening, authorities said.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said the fatalities consisted of a female and two males while 25 people “had sustained various degrees of injury” after the incident which occurred at 8:33 p.m.

“The crash caused significant disruption, with debris scattered across the area and traffic completely halted,” it said in a report.
