MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday led the distribution of 1,251 Certificates of Land Ownership Awards (CLOAs) and 13,527 Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCROMs) to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Central Mindanao.
In a ceremony in Saranggani, about 11,709 ARBs from Sarangani, Cotabato, South Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat were freed from P939 million worth in loans, interests, and surcharges of land they farm.

We are here to distribute e-titles, CLOA, and Certificate of Condonation with Release of Mortgage, or what is called COCROM,” Marcos said in his speech.
“Today, we will give out 1,251 land titles for our beneficiaries here in Sarangani. In addition, today we will also distribute more than 13,500 COCROM to more than 11,700 beneficiaries from the provinces of Sarangani, Cotabato, South Cotabato, and Sultan Kudarat,” he added.
Article continues after this advertisementEarlier in the day, Marcos also distributed COCROMs to over 11,000 beneficiaries from Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, and Davao Oriental.
He also awarded 672 electronic land titles to agrarian reform beneficiaries in Davao del Norte and Davao del Sur.
